Who do you remember in the middle of a cyclone?
Who's voice do you hear when its silence on the phone?
Left in the desert with nothing but sand and stone,
Who do you think of when you're all alone?

Why is there only an empty lifeless void in my head?
The same plain feeling without butter on the bread.
Why are most my dreams as good as dead?
The only thing i get is more silence instead.

If there is a price to pay then is this the fee?
Empty feelings with a missing part of me.
Come closer come nearer if you cannot see,
All i need is your smile in the wee.

A lock is nothing if a key doesn't come together,
A mechanism does not work if there is no lever.
My heart cannot function without you as the pacer,
And my world is wobbly without you at its center.

Come with the wind that blows from heaven,
Appear on a white horse riding from the southern.
Bump into me at some secluded run down tavern,
It doesn't matter as long as i'm not forgotten.
