TrickLe of coLouRs

On: Thursday, December 11, 2008

As the rising sun evaporates the morning dew,
Scavengers & vermins scramble back to their mew.
It has been some time since happiness is few,
And black and white has been my only field of view.

But now trickle of colours started flowing in,
Something pleasantly welcoming yet foreign.
Grasping feebly for yellow and blue to begin,
The sunny sky brings a warmth from within.

Its funny how i never see love behind that ego,
Care from my old man that i notice only days ago.
His picture in my mind is now like a mosaic of lego,
But he will never know because like him i have an ego.

A manipulative girl with a hand holding spade,
1st impression is that she comes from the shade.
But i see colours originating from the heart she made,
She's not bad after all and i'm appreciating her serenade.

I was touched like hell when he did what he actually did,
I never knew i had a friend like that in a weather so humid.
Its one of the reason my vision is filling with colours so timid,
I will remember your help and make sure it sticks to me like lipid.

And to this girl with a secret blog the world doesn't know,
Thanks for being my kaleidoscope of colour when it snow.
Your optimistic view showed me that life is not so hollow,
Bursting into my life out of no where saved me from being shallow.

For a shortie who's almost the lousiest bestest friend on earth to me,
You fail as a counsellour but i would not trade you for a million gee.
I just simply luv you for the colours you splatter and don't charge a fee,
You showed me a true friendship that none will believe untill they see.

I glimpse rainbows with seven colours slowly appearing,
Those sweet smiles and warm hugs that keeps me going.
I see trickle of colours glimmering everywhere i'm loooking,
And i think i'm gonna start loving every colour that i'm seeing.
